May is officially motorcycle awareness month, This campaign really hits home with me, on May 21st, 1998 I was involved in a near fatal motorcycle accident that changed my life.
I decided to produce a video to help bring awareness to rider safety with a simple message, tunnel vision kills and injures Motorcyclists. Diane and myself were so sorry to hear of Yuki Ochiai's motorcycle accident & wish here a SPEEDY RECOVERY.

We want to let everyone know about the ride organized for her!

One of our own was in a very serious bike accident yesterday and is starting the road to recovery in hospital as we speak. Those that know Yuki know what an amazing person she is inside and out, one few truly beautiful souls. We will be having an all day fundraiser BBQ in our rear parking lot, a silent auction, and a ride starting & ending at Trev Deeleys. Her work family & riding family want to do everything that we can to help with her recovery, medical costs, and rebuilding the beautiful Dyna Unicorn bike that she loved so much. Please share the heck out of this event & the gofundme account that we'll post in the comments below. Silent auction donations can be emailed to events@trevdeeley.com or call & speak to Harmony. Fittingly the day prior May 5th is International Female Ride Day and Yuki is the embodiment of the fearless female riders that represent so well!  Much love Yuki on your journey.

Polishing Vrod sliders

The lower legs have been needing some TLC for a long time, scratches from rocks, road debris and the previous owners kids liked leaning their bikes against Dad's bike...

Process:
Wet & dry sandpaper starting with 320 grit, 400, 800, 1000, 2000 then polished with Autosol, a soft cloth & elbow grease, lots and lots of elbow grease!

If you have a 2002-2006 Harley-Davidson Vrod this is your last chance to get your hands on a 5.3 gallon kit for your bike. Unlimited Engineering has made one last batch of these tanks and once they're gone, that's it because they will be discontinued!!!!

In my opinion this is one of the very best upgrades to do for the 02-06 Vrods and there is nothing better than riding past gas stations that I used to have to stop at... beep beep : )

Harley Davidson test rides in Vancouver

Mark your calendars for the event everyone's been waiting for, Test our Metal Demo Rides at Trev Deeley Motorcycles

Sunday, April 22 at 10 AM - 3 PM

1875 Boundary Road, Vancouver, British Columbia V5M 3Y7


The Harley-Davidson Test our Metal Truck will be in town and parked at our dealership from 10-3. Come test ride the latest 2018 models, and while you're here enjoy some live blues music(see our other event listed on this day) & BBQ from 12-2. No pre-registration required just show up on the day of with the below requirements met. The test rides are done in group format with our volunteer road captains to keep us on track and to make sure you get a good sampling of how your demo bike handles in different areas (highway, city, curves, straight).

  • Test Ride Requirements:
  • Proper Riding Attire
  • DOT Helmet
  • Full B.C. Motorcycle License
  • ROADS MUST BE DRY

Our next visit from the Test our Metal Truck at our dealership will be September 30, 2018. Between events we also have 5-10 demo bikes in stock at all times for you to arrange a test drive on.

Vintage Motorcycle Canyon Run June 30 july 1 2018

The Vintage Motorcycle Canyon Run is an annual event started in 2015, in order to bring vintage and classic motorcycle enthusiasts from all over together. The run is a two day event (June 30 july 1 2018) starting in Chilliwack, British Columbia which then goes through the "Canyon" all the way up to Lillooet, British Columbia. Here we have a big BBQ, with the ability to check out more of the bikes and their riders.

We also have a show and shine event where the people of lillooet and surroundings can take in all the bikes and select their favorites for the awards event.

The next day the run continues to make a full loop returning to Chilliwack.

Vrod Rally. Midwest Thunder 2018 at Fitzgerald Motorsports

The itinerary for MWT2018 has been posted, don't miss out on this 13th annual event, book your time off right meow!

This event is free to all attendees thanks in part to our amazing sponsors, volunteers, and last years efforts which is making the 13th Annual MWT / VRod Rally to be one of the best to date. So with that said here is the lineup.

Thursday Night Buckeye Harley Davidson Bike Night Dayton Ohio
-Invade their bike night and show the haters how we roll!
-We will eat dinner while we are there and enjoy some live music.
-Kickstands up and heading south at 530 pm.

Friday Drag Racing at Muncie Dragway Sponsored by Vreelands HD! 1-5pm
-Meet at Fitzgerald Motorsports first bike out at 11am, last bike noon.
-$20 per bike to race, free to spectate 
-1/4 mile timed, Grudge style racing this insures we get as many passes as possible.

Friday night 630pm is pizza at Fitzgerald Motorsports from our friends at Teaford's Dairy store Saturday Dyno Day/ Shootout 11am Sponsored by Fitzgerald Motorsports! 
-Free two pulls on our in house dyno. 
-We will have classes and award prizes for top of each class.

Saturday afternoon 1pm we will have a ride heading south to Hueston Woods State Park in Oxford Ohio so if you don't want to run your VRod on the dyno you can head out for a nice ride.

Saturday night 5pm at Fitzgerald Motorsports -HOG Roast, Awards Ceremony, and Raffle Prizes! 
-We have a STRONG table of raffle prizes this year and this is how we pay for the event so bring some.

Saturday 7pm live entertainment until 11pm
-We will have a Beer trailer on site and operated by the Greenville Boys Baseball with all proceeds going to their organization which also happens to be our neighbour.

We will have transportation available if you have a few too many drinks $5 per person this will get you back to your hotel. This is being operated by some high school boys.

Rocky Mountain motorcycle ride

New Video: Motorcycle ride on the scenic Maligne Lake road in Jasper National Park to Medicine Lake, Jasper Alberta Canada. Four SONY professional HD video cameras were running as we rode our Harley-Davidson Vrod camera bike & a fifth SONY camera was used on a tripod to capture the finally.
