These carbon fiber V-ROD fuel cell side covers fit 02-06 models and have the hole for the ignition and will make a great addition to the rest of the body kit we have from them.

Custom VROD wheels by Ruthless Designz

Time to let the cat out of the bag...

I recently sent another set of solid VROD wheels to Ruthless Designz for machining. At only $125 per wheel it's a great way to customize your bike with a different look by having a second set. A person can pick up a used pair of wheels fairly inexpensively locally, on Facebook groups and the old interwebs.

I absolutely love the Ruthless Designz #920 option and it was a close second to their #930 option I have on my silver VROD. When I sent them in I had asked if they could do a slight modification to them by taking off the three sharp points, my thoughts on that was: first, save on band aids from the amount of times I'll clean them lol. Secondly it kinda gives a nod & pays homage to the look of the VROD Destroyer racing wheels but with a Ruthless Designz styling and street ability.

Much to my delight I received an email from the man himself, Bill Gorby with this picture attached and the caption "Fresh off the mill."

I was blown away at how good they looked and the fact that the owner of the company took the time to take the picture and send it to me. He sure knows how to take care of his customers!

I can hardly wait to see what they're going to look like polished and on the carbon fiber camera bike!

Mount Robson Inn Jasper Alberta Canada

Diane and I absolutely love riding on the Icefields Parkway and choose to stay at the Mount Robson Inn in Jasper & the Mountaineer Lodge in Lake Louise. These two family owned hotels specialize in hospitality with rooms we found comfortable, affordable, and motorcycle rider friendly.

We've stay there a number of times while filming for VRIDETV and look forward to going back very soon.

Motorcycle tourism in British Columbia Canada

Last year was pretty well a bust for motorcycle tourism in BC due to the Covid Zombie Apocalypse, but 2021 is looking to be better with the vaccines rolling out. Hopefully we can get back to riding, exploring and filming this beautiful Province.
