VROD build update

Spent a lot of time getting this 2003 VRSCA V-ROD to this point, here's some of the recent upgrades:

- Genuine Harley-Davidson 16 gauge muffler kit
- Genuine Harley-Davidson chrome CVO headlight mounting bracket
- Genuine Harley-Davidson chrome CVO headlight
- Custom cut wheels by VicBaggers
- Custom aluminum bracket for PIAA driving lights
