iphone, ipad, and ipod touch

It has been brought to my attention that the Apple iphone, ipad, and ipod touch with version 4.2.1 software was experiencing some difficulties viewing our site. These devices were reading our light gray background boxes as black, making the text unintelligible. The fix was relatively easy, delete all the the gray boxes, but doing so it left black text on a white background which I find eye straining for any length of time. This was resolved by placing a custom light gray background for the entire page, an easy but time consuming fix considering this process had to be done to all 235 pages....
