Computer problems and great tech support

A Big thank you goes to Aleksandar of A-Count On Us Consulting for his outstanding customer service. My Mac Pro is a very important part of Vridetv, this is the machine used for all our video editing and website work. When I tried to turn it on yesterday nothing happened, the Cinema display screen remained dark and the power button light was flashing. I tried to restart, unplug the power cords and try again but had the same result. Now I'm starting to stress.....
One phone call to Aleksandar and my stress was lifted, he found the problem right away. It turns out that I had a ram failure.... There are 16 gigs of ram in the Apple tower and two of the sticks were the cause of the problem.
