2002 Harley Davidson Supercharged VROD 165HP Entire bike is Chrome, real chrome, even non metal parts. Engine professionally built by Vance and Hines Racing in Indy. Sprintex Supercharger, valves, camshafts, ported and polished heads. V&H Racing clutch and super tuner. Runs perfectly on 93 octane gas, never raced. Spent week at Orange County Choppers getting custom billet aluminum parts engineered and chromed. Never not started or ever needed any servicing any any dealer ever. New tires, drive belt, ceramic wheel bearings, 240 kit, custom modified stock exhaust, acid etched ghost flames, custom 2 sided leather seats. Seat signed by Willie G Davidson and Bill Davidson, several pictures with both of them with this bike at several different times. 2 Seperate centerfolds in American Iron Magazine, close to 50 first place trophies. Gas milage of a 2005 VRSCSE CVO VROD

Awhile back I had someone enquiring on the gas milage of the 2005 Harley-Davidson VRSCSE CVO VROD with the stock 3.7 gallon tank. Firstly even thou it's 3.7 there's less usable fuel because the fuel sending unit takes up space inside the tank and the pick up for the fuel doesn't allow every drop to be scavenged. (making it approximately 3.4 gallons of usable fuel or 12.8704 liters)
I was able to get 165.4 kilometers (102.8 miles) on a mountain highway doing the posted speed limits, the fuel warning light came on at 60 kilometers remaining and the red lights on the fuel gauge display do not change colour when being low as someone asked. Keep in mind elevation changes and altitude can be a factor in this example.
As you can see in the picture the gauge reads a 1/4 tank left, how accurate that is, I'm not sure but that was as far as I was willing to push my luck. Remember the fuel keeps the fuel pump cool inside the tank so repeatedly running it low can shorten the lifespan of it.

Going to make a few changes to the already beautiful chrome rear brake caliper:
- Pulling off the Harley-Davidson emblem and replacing it with the chrome caliper insert that was oem on the 2005 VRSCSE CVO VROD.
- Replacing the zinc coated bolts that it came with for these Colony Show Polished Chrome Rear Brake Caliper Bolts.

Genuine Harley-Davidson chrome rear brake caliper 44539-02A

After calling Harley-Davidson in search of a Genuine Harley-Davidson chrome rear brake caliper for the 2005 VRSCSE CVO Vrod I was told there was none available in Canada, USA, Europe or the rest of the world. Searched eBay and scoured the internet and also made a post on VRIDETV & social media. Reached out to all my contact and found three, two of which the owners didn't want to sell BUT finally one person said yes.
Now generally most people would send theirs into get rechromed or use one of several aftermarket companies but me being me wanted only NOS parts for the blue bike.
One small issue, the one I bought is for a 02-04 Vrod and they have a smaller axle so in order to be able to use this one on my 2005 I'll have to got to a machine shop and have the hole milled out to 25.5mm not a big deal.
