VROD Sanding and Polishing

Well it's that time of the year again, ugh Winter, also know as sanding and polishing season. This OEM Harley-Davidson Vrod rear pulley came with a very thick layer of textured paint. Sanding that off does reveal casting seams and imperfections in the aluminum but spending the time and elbow grease to sand through the grades of sandpaper will leave this with a mirror finish.
Meanwhile back at the asylum: Sanding done on this side.
220 grit done
320 grit done
400 grit done
600 grit done
800 grit done
1000 grit done
2000 grit done
Still have to polish this side but will wait until I finish the other side with 800, 1000, 2000
