There's not to many times you'll see us without our helmets on, but when you do we're still protecting our eyes. Liberty Sport glasses have been protecting our eyes for over 10 years and we both enjoy the comfort and high tech benefits that they provide. Available with a number of lens options with or without and RX, magnetic eye cups, soft bridge padding, high impact nylon frame, protective case and an adjustable strap are just some of the reasons we recommend them.
Take care of your eyes with Liberty Sport

Stoked with the final product!
I ordered this shirt on July 27th & got it on the morning of Aug 3 which I think is remarkable considering it was a long weekend. Very happy with the company's work that made it, glad I chosen them.
The material is comfortable, fit is as described on the size chart and the logo printing itself is a very good quality. Super happy with the results and confident in selling them to fellow VROD enthusiasts.

Vrod rotor bolts
by Editor on 08/03/21
With all the wildfires currently burning in British Columbia right now, riding is unfortunately out of the question for me. Working on the bike helps pass the time until I can get back out there.
The Devils in the details...
Before and after shot of the rotor bolts.
I wrapped the threads in electrician's's tape to protect them, then inserted into a drill chuck. Sanded with 220, 400, 600, 800 then polished with Autosol.

VRSC V-TWIN RACING STREET CUSTOM Clothing. VROD
by Editor on 07/29/21
I've seen most of the Vrod shirts available online, for the most part there's nothing new and many are knock offs...
We have designed a VRSC V-TWIN RACING STREET CUSTOM logo and have created an online store for our fellow VROD enthusiasts to shop at.
The company we chose is based in the United States, they will print items one at a time, package it and ship it. This saves us having to buy a bunch of different sizes and styles of shirts, store them, package them and ship them...
As a result of this service we're unable to get a bulk discount on the products so the prices are a little more, but still reasonable.
VRSC shirts printed on front only start at $19.95 USD
Here's the direct link to our online store:

I've been cleaning bug guts off of our handlebar cam since 2006, I wonder how many ounces or pounds that would add up too?
Bug guts are my nemesis...
Wildfire in Osoyoos and Oliver British Columbia Canada
by Editor on 07/24/21
You know the wildfire is close when you look out your living room window and see a helicopter filling their water blather...
There were three helicopters battling the blazes for over 10 hours on Friday July 23rd as it was getting uncomfortably close to a BC Hydro power station and homes.
The Nk'Mip wildfire is now 6,800 hectors in size and stretch from Oliver to Osoyoos and all the way to the United States border. With no rain in sight, temperatures in the mid 30s and the winds this fire isn't surrendering anytime soon...
A BIG THANK YOU to all the firefighters!

Motorcycle rider's close call
by Editor on 07/16/21
You never wanna see this happen coming out of a corner!!!!
Ride safe folks, unfortunately there are drivers out there that clearly have poor judgement.... Lucky for us the driver of the white van was paying attention and there was a shoulder for us to veer towards, and for this we are very grateful.
To the driver of the white van, THANK YOU
To the driver of the black van, please remember this experience and use better judgment the next time you go to pass a vehicle....

Motorcycle wheel stand
by Editor on 07/12/21
Spared no expense and got myself one of those fancy motorcycle wheel stands for the new garage!
All kidding aside this works very well for polishing: Two plastic stools, two 6x6s, an old broom handle and a halogen light.
Now that this wheel is polished and has a new tire, I can bolt on the brake rotor and compensator bowl.
Liberty Sport Sunglasses

I love this picture Diane took of her new Liberty Sport Sunglasses!
These particular ones are the Triumph sunglasses from their motorcycle line and we ordered them with Diane's prescription for the lenses.
The RX is perfect and the frames are both comfortable, stylish and sturdy.
Hopefully the folks at Liberty Sport see Di's graphic and like it as much as I do.

VROD garage
by Editor on 07/07/21
There are over 200 fires currently burning in British Columbia right now and there is a smoke advisory in affect for our area. Riding right now is probably not a good idea so I've been setting up the garage in our new place. It's a two car garage approximately 550 square feet, the bikes get half leaving the car and tool boxes in the other half.
Additional lighting is definitely needed in here to work on the bikes, I've decided on LED lights in the ceiling instead of the florescent tubes, now I just need to find someone to install them.
