All back together, fork tubes installed, camera gear & PIAA lights back on, ready for a test ride, and now weather warning: Rain, hail and severe lightning

VROD steering head adjustment nut

New bearing races, new bearings, new seals and brand new lower triple tree installed. The adjusting nut was where I stopped for clarification on how tight it should be because there was no torque spec for it in the service manual. Since this picture was taken a mechanic reached out to me on social media and said finger tight then a half turn with a brass punch. Then final adjustment during fall away test and setting.

2005 VRSCSE CVO VROD BLUE colour matching chin spoiler

What's your best guess?

I wonder how many 2005 VRSCSE CVO VROD BLUE colour matching chin spoilers were made?

There were only 446 bikes made in that colour and these were not a stock item, but could be ordered from HD parts.

Whatever the number is I'm super stoked to have one.

VROD chrome rad bezels

These genuine Harley-Davidson OEM chrome bezels were approximately triple the cost of the eBay knockoffs but worth every penny! I was super happy to have found a brand new set available at a local Harley-Davidson dealership, they did have to order it from the warehouse, but that was fast.

The fit is absolutely perfect.
